Protective Covenants

Sycamore Crossing has established protective covenants (Click Here to View) that create standards for construction and design. The covenants are applied uniformly throughout the park. The Sycamore Crossing Building Committee review process ensures all aspects of a new project comply with site, architectural, lighting, signage and landscaping guidelines set forth in the protective covenants.

Owners’ Association

Each company purchasing land in Sycamore Crossing becomes a member of the Owners Association upon gaining ownership of the parcel.

Choosing a Builder

We want Sycamore Crossing clients to feel comfortable with who they are working with in constructing their building. That is why Sycamore Crossing buyers can choose their own builder or work with us and our experienced team.

Regardless of whom you choose, Sycamore Crossing development staff will work with your team to ensure a smooth building process through all regulatory agencies.
